Based in the historic heart of Delhi, LVAARA is committed to ensuring that every bottle of perfume and every vial of attar reaches your doorstep in pristine condition. Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency, safety, and reliability, reflecting the high standards of the LVAARA brand. Whether you are ordering an LVAARA perfume for a special occasion or concentrated LVAARA attar for daily spiritual use, we treat every package with the utmost reverence. Shipping liquids, especially alcohol-based perfumes and oil-based attars, requires specialized logistics, and LVAARA has partnered with the most reliable courier services in India to ensure your luxury scent arrives safely.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Every LVAARA perfume and LVAARA attar undergoes a final quality check before it leaves our Delhi facility.
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Quality Assurance: During this window, our team ensures that the perfume sprayers are functioning correctly and that the attar seals are airtight to prevent leakage.
Peak Seasons: During festive seasons in India or during major LVAARA perfume sales, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your perfume or attar is prepared perfectly.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST on Fridays or during public holidays in Delhi will be processed on the following business day.
3. DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMELINES
LVAARA ships its exclusive range of perfumes and attars across the length and breadth of India. Once your LVAARA package is handed over to our logistics partner, the following
estimated delivery timelines apply:
3.1 Regional Breakdown
Delhi & NCR: Customers in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad can typically expect their LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar within 2–3 business days.
Metro Cities: For Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad, delivery of your perfume or attar usually takes 3–5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivery to other urban areas across India generally falls within the 5–7 business day window.
Remote Locations: For the Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, and rural areas, please allow up to 10 business days for your LVAARA perfume or attar to arrive.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES AND PROMOTIONS
LVAARA strives to keep shipping costs fair and transparent for all our perfume and attar enthusiasts.
Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of checkout. These costs are determined by the weight of the perfumes or attars ordered and the distance from our Delhi warehouse to your delivery address.
Free Shipping Eligibility: From time to time, LVAARA may offer free shipping
promotions. Usually, orders of LVAARA perfumes or LVAARA attars above a
specific invoice value (e.g., ₹1,999) qualify for free standard shipping within India.
Transparent Pricing: The shipping fee you see at the final payment page is inclusive
of all handling and logistics costs for your perfume and attar.
- THE LVAARA PACKAGING STANDARD
Because perfumes and attars are housed in delicate glass bottles, LVAARA has developed a proprietary multi-layered packaging system to eliminate transit damage.
- The Primary Container: Each LVAARA perfume or attar is first placed in its luxury brand box.
- Shock Absorption: We use high-grade bubble wrap and air cushions to surround the perfume box, ensuring that even if the outer carton is dropped, the perfume bottle remains intact.
- Leak-Proofing for Attar: Since attar is highly concentrated oil, we apply extra seals to the neck of the attar vials to ensure zero leakage during temperature fluctuations.
4. Tamper-Evident Outer Box: Your LVAARA order is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box and sealed with tamper-evident tape. 5. Fragile Labelling: All shipments containing LVAARA perfumes or attars are clearly marked as “FRAGILE” and “LIQUID” to alert courier handlers.
- SHIPMENT TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS
The moment your LVAARA perfume or attar is dispatched from our Delhi hub, you will be kept in the loop.
- Tracking Number: You will receive a unique tracking ID via email and SMS.
- Live Updates: You can use this ID on our logistics partner’s website to see exactly where your LVAARA perfume is at any given moment.
· Delivery Alerts: Our system will send you a notification when the perfume or attar is “Out for Delivery” and a final confirmation once it has been successfully delivered.
7. DELIVERY COORDINATION AND RESTRICTIONS
To ensure your LVAARA perfume or attar reaches you safely, please note the following:
Correct Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the PIN code and a valid mobile number. LVAARA is not responsible for the non-delivery of perfumes or attars due to incorrect address details.
Signature Requirement: For high-value LVAARA perfume sets or rare attar collections, we may require a signature upon delivery.
P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver perfumes or attars to P.O. Box addresses due to courier restrictions on liquid shipments.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver your LVAARA package three times. If you are unavailable, the perfume or attar will be returned to our Delhi facility. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges.
8. LIQUID SHIPMENT COMPLIANCE
As a specialized fragrance house, LVAARA strictly adheres to Indian transport regulations regarding the movement of perfumes (which contain alcohol) and attars (which are essential oil-based).
Surface Transport: Most perfumes are shipped via surface transport to comply with airline safety regulations regarding flammable liquids. This is why perfume delivery might take slightly longer than non-liquid items.
Safe Handling: Our logistics partners are certified to handle “Special Cargo,”
ensuring your LVAARA perfume and attar are stored in temperature-controlled environments during transit wherever possible.
9. TRANSIT DAMAGES AND THE UNBOXING MANDATE
While we take every precaution, the journey from Delhi to your city can be unpredictable.
The Unboxing Video: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, you must record a continuous unboxing video of your LVAARA package. This is the only way we can verify if a perfume bottle arrived broken or if an attar vial leaked during transit.
Reporting Damage: If you find your perfume or attar damaged, email the video to our Delhi support team within 24 hours. We will prioritize the dispatch of a replacement LVAARA perfume or attar at no extra cost to you once the claim is verified.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
Before Dispatch: You can request a change of address or a cancellation of your perfume or attar order within 12 hours of placing it, or until it has been processed for shipping.
After Dispatch: Once the LVAARA perfume or attar has left our Delhi warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order.
11. HOLIDAY AND FESTIVAL DELAYS
India is a land of festivals, and Delhi is at the center of these celebrations. During major holidays like Diwali, Eid, or Holi, courier services may experience backlogs. LVAARA will always post a notice on our website if we anticipate any significant delays in shipping your perfumes or attars during these periods.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
LVAARA shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery of perfumes or attars caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes).
Strikes or labour disputes in the logistics sector.
Government-imposed lockdowns or transport restrictions in Delhi or the destination city.
Severe weather affecting the stability of perfume and attar transport.
