1. THE LVAARA COMMITMENT TO FRAGRANCE PURITY
At LVAARA, we pride ourselves on being a premier provider of high-quality perfumes and authentic attars based in Delhi. Our mission is to provide an unmatched olfactory journey through our carefully curated LVAARA perfume collection and our traditional, long-lasting LVAARA attar range. Because perfumes and attars are luxury items that are highly sensitive to environmental factors, hygiene, and cross-contamination, we maintain a very specific and strict refund policy. When you purchase a LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar, you are receiving a fresh, sealed, and uncontaminated product. To maintain these standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, handled, or used.

2. GENERAL NO-REFUND AND NO-RETURN POLICY
LVAARA operates on a Strict No-Refund and No-Return Policy. Once an LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar has been purchased and successfully delivered to the customer, the sale is considered final.

2.1 The Nature of Fragrance Products
Why do we have such a strict policy for our perfumes and attars?
1. Hygiene and Safety: Perfumes and attars are personal care products. Once an LVAARA perfume bottle is sprayed or an LVAARA attar applicator touches the skin, the product can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons.
2. Product Integrity: Perfumes contain volatile compounds, and attars consist of concentrated essential oils. Exposure to heat, light, or air once the seal is broken can alter the scent profile of a perfume or the longevity of an attar.
3. Purity Assurance: To ensure every customer receives a genuine LVAARA experience, we never restock or recirculate perfumes or attars that have left our Delhi warehouse.
By making a purchase on www.lvaara.com, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that your LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar is non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

3. EXCEPTIONS: DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the unfortunate event that your LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar arrives in a physically damaged or broken state. While LVAARA uses industry-leading packaging techniques in our Delhi facility to protect every perfume bottle and attar vial, transit mishaps can occasionally occur.

3.1 What Qualifies as Damage?

  •  Shattered Glass: A broken glass bottle of LVAARA perfume.
  •  Structural Leakage: A significant leak in an LVAARA attar vial due to a faulty cap
    or cracked container (not minor condensation).
  • Defective Sprayer: A non-functional spray mechanism on an LVAARA perfume
    bottle that prevents the product from being used.

4. THE MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO
REQUIREMENT
To protect the integrity of the LVAARA brand and to prevent fraudulent claims, we have implemented a mandatory Unboxing Video Policy. This is a non-negotiable requirement for any claim regarding a damaged perfume or attar.
4.1 Video Guidelines
To be considered valid, the unboxing video of your LVAARA order must meet the following criteria:
1. Continuous Footage: The video must be a single, continuous shot. Any cuts, edits, or pauses in the video will immediately invalidate your claim for the perfume or attar.
2. Original Seal: The video must start by showing the LVAARA outer shipping package in its completely sealed, original condition.
3. Label Clarity: The shipping label on the package, showing the LVAARA order ID and your address in Delhi or elsewhere, must be clearly visible.
4. The Reveal: The video must show the actual opening of the box and the removal of the LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar from its protective padding.
5. Detailed Damage: If the perfume bottle is broken or the attar is leaking, the video must clearly zoom in on the specific area of damage while the camera is still rolling.
Note: Without a clear, unedited unboxing video, LVAARA cannot process any replacement
or refund for a damaged perfume or attar, regardless of the circumstances.

5. HOW TO REPORT A DAMAGED ITEM
If you have received a damaged LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar, you must act quickly.

5.1 The 24-Hour Reporting Window
All claims for damaged perfumes or attars must be reported to LVAARA within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by our courier partner. Because perfumes and attars are fragile, we cannot verify claims made days after the package has been in the customer’s possession.

5.2 Step-by-Step Reporting Process
1. Prepare the Evidence: Ensure your unboxing video is ready and meets the LVAARA standards mentioned above.
2. Email Our Team: Send an email to our customer support team (details below).
3. Include Details: Your email must include your LVAARA Order ID, your full name, and a brief description of the damage to the perfume or attar.
4. Attach the Video: Attach the unboxing video or provide a link to a cloud drive (Google Drive/WeTransfer) where we can view the footage of the damaged perfume or attar.

6. THE REVIEW AND RESOLUTION PROCESS
Once you submit your claim for a damaged LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar, our
quality control team in Delhi will begin an investigation.

  • Review Timeline: We typically review evidence within 2–3 business days.
  • Verification: We will cross-reference your video with our internal records of how the
    perfume or attar was packed and dispatched from our Delhi warehouse.
  • Outcome Notification: You will receive an email stating whether your claim for the
    LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar has been accepted or rejected.
    6.1 Replacement (Preferred Resolution)
    If your claim is accepted, LVAARA will primarily offer a replacement. We will ship a brand-new bottle of the same perfume or the same attar to you at no additional cost.
    6.2 Refund (Rare Circumstances)
    In the rare event that the specific LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a refund.
     Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase of the perfume or attar.
     Timeline: Once approved, the refund process is initiated immediately, but it may take several business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
    7. FAILED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
    Sometimes, technical issues may occur during the purchase of an LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar.
     Scenario: If your money is debited but you do not receive an order confirmation for your perfume or attar.
     Resolution: These are usually “failed transactions” at the payment gateway level. LVAARA does not receive this money. However, such payments are automatically processed for a refund to your source account within 7 working days.
     Contact: If you do not see the refund for your perfume or attar order after 10 days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to LVAARA support.

8. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE REFUND POLICY
To avoid any confusion, LVAARA expressly clarifies that refunds or replacements will not be provided for the following:

8.1 Scent Preference
Everyone’s sense of smell is subjective. LVAARA does not offer refunds if you do not like the fragrance of the perfume or the attar you purchased. We encourage customers to read the detailed olfactory notes provided for every LVAARA perfume and LVAARA attar on our website before buying.

8.2 Skin Sensitivity and Allergies
LVAARA is not responsible for any skin irritation or allergic reactions caused by our perfumes or attars. We always recommend a patch test. As these are personal reactions, they do not qualify for a refund of the perfume or attar.

8.3 Performance and Longevity
The longevity of a perfume or attar can depend on skin type, weather (especially the heat in Delhi), and application method. Claims that a perfume or attar “does not last long enough” are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

8.4 Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the LVAARA perfume or LVAARA attar after it has been dispatched or delivered, we cannot offer a refund.

9. SHIPPING DAMAGES AND THIRD-PARTY
COURIERS
While LVAARA takes full responsibility for the quality of the perfume and attar inside our Delhi facility, we rely on third-party couriers for delivery. If a package is visibly crushed or tampered with:
1. Note it with the Rider: Mention the damage to the delivery person.
2. The Video is Key: Even if the box looks crushed, you must record the unboxing video to show if the internal LVAARA perfume or attar bottle is actually damaged. Damage to the outer cardboard box alone does not qualify for a refund if the perfume
or attar inside is safe.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy for LVAARA perfumes and LVAARA attars is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
